UAE National Identity
For children aged 1 to 4 years old, national identity begins with familiar, joyful experiences. Through songs, stories, Arabic words, the UAE flag, local traditions and national celebrations, children build a warm sense of belonging to the country they call home.
We explore red, green, white and black through art, sensory play and simple matching activities.
Arabic greetings, songs and age-appropriate stories introduce children to the language and heritage of the UAE.
Children enjoy Emirati music, clothing, foods, crafts and national occasions in playful, meaningful ways.
We encourage kindness, family values, respect and pride in the UAE's welcoming multicultural community.

Our British EYFS approach follows children’s interests and development through play, conversation, movement, stories, investigation and creative expression.
Listening, understanding, vocabulary and confident expression.
Self-regulation, positive relationships and growing independence.
Gross and fine motor skills, coordination and healthy routines.
